Please contact us for availability. A deposit of 50% is payable on booking, with the remainder due 14 days before the beginning of the rental period.

Holidaymakers who cancel more than 30 days before their check-in date will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days before check-in, will receive a 50% refund.

In addition a fully refundable deposit of 500 euros will be taken against possible damages.
